At STABILO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
